Tea Ceremony with Sue Kenny

Cha Dao, the way of tea, invites you to be guided by the mindful preparation and sharing of tea. In ceremony, we slow down, grow quiet, and allow tea to soften the boundaries that separate us. As we sit together, our presence deepens and a natural clarity emerges. Over time, this practice cultivates a steady inner peace and a renewed sense of connection with ourselves, each other, and the living world.

‘A Cup Full’ Women’s Gathering with Natasha Mason

We come together to return to our breath, be guided in meditation, discover what lays beneath the surface through enquiry and reflection, and explore a particular theme each month...all over a delicious hot night time tonic, and wholesome treat. The feel is casual, light, and easy going.
