Vedic Meditation offers a powerful and efficient way to dissolve stress and fatigue while enlivening your consciousness. Delivered over four consecutive days, each Vedic Meditation course consists of 4 x 90-minute sessions where you will learn an ancient technique that produces profound results.

This practice is accessible to anyone, regardless of experience, is not religious, and provides lasting benefits such as greater clarity, presence, creativity, focus, and an overall sense of flow. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, Vedic Meditation is a transformative tool that enhances every aspect of your life.

INNDRIYA offers a free monthly community meditation evening on the first Wednesday of every month where you can experience deep rest, and learn more about Vedic Meditation. Book your spot here.

Already a Vedic Meditator and wish to advance your practice? Natasha also offers Advanced Mantra sessions, and regular ‘Vedic Rounding’ days in Bayside Melbourne. You can also join Natasha’s weekly online group meditation and Vedic knowledge sessions (alternating between a Monday and Tuesday each week, 7.30-8.30pm AEST). With no more than 10 mats at any one time, expect to feel your body sing and thrive.

You are welcome to join our women's gatherings to 'fill your cup' through ritual, connection, and elevation. We come together to return to our breath, be guided in meditation, and explore a particular theme each month...all over a delicious hot night time tonic, and wholesome treat.
