Join Kaela for a deeply restful and rejuvenating sound healing journey. This gentle evening invites you to slow down and be held by the healing vibrations of intuitive voice, crystal singing bowls, gong, harmonium, shamanic drums, chimes, and more.
Rest & Resonance: Yin, Reiki & Sound with Vanessa Plesnicar
Sunday 26th July, 6-7.30pm
Rest & Resonance is a 90-minute immersive experience created to help you slow down, soften, and deeply restore.
This offering weaves together gentle yin yoga, Reiki energy healing, and sound to support the nervous system, release stored tension, and guide the body back into balance.
Yin postures are held for longer periods, inviting you to rest into stillness and access the deeper layers of the body. As you settle into each shape, Reiki is offered to encourage energetic flow, grounding, and a profound sense of being held. Sound moves through the space to deepen relaxation and support a meditative, inward state.
Tea Ceremony
Sunday 9th August, 11.30am - 1pm
Cha Dao, the way of tea, invites you to be guided by the mindful preparation and sharing of tea. In ceremony, we slow down, grow quiet, and allow tea to soften the boundaries that separate us. As we sit together, our presence deepens and a natural clarity emerges. Over time, this practice cultivates a steady inner peace and a renewed sense of connection with ourselves, each other, and the living world.
